GIBSON FAMILY FARMS
GIBSON FAMILY FARMS
Regenerative, Restorative, Responsible

GENUINE

From now until the end of time we refuse to be anything but genuine. While we foster ingenuity and even continually strive to improve on our practices, like our farm we will be true to our roots. Our hope is that in raising our children to value the land and the animals above the “business” of farming, they will find peace and enjoyment in the lifestyle and seek to uphold and improve on the foundation of what we are able to teach them. Even if they follow their own non-agricultural path, we believe they will be instilled with the inherent instinct to care about the quality of the food they eat and actively support growers who truly prioritize the health of the land and animals. After all, we want them to be the happiest, healthiest, wholest versions of themselves that they can possibly be!

GROWTH

We are committed to growth . . . in all aspects of the word. We want to grow in our own understanding, experience, talents and ability. We want the farm to grow - a bigger footprint would mean increased restoration and regeneration of starving, weakened, depleted and suffering land. We want to grow more livestock - for the sheer satisfaction of knowing there are that many more animals being raised the way nature intended - unconfined and on lush pasture, under the watchful eyes of those who care about their health and welfare. We want the number of people who reap the rewards of our hard work to grow too. Good health should be standard, not the rarity it has become in society today. Health grows from the ground up. We care about what we feed ourselves and our families and we care about you - sharing is caring!

GROUNDBREAKING

Well, obviously breaking the ground up is not what we mean since our working methods are quite the opposite. That being said, we are not afraid to be “groundbreakers” when it comes to changing the way animal proteins are supplied to American consumers. For too many years commercial agriculture practices have dominated food supply production. I guess that makes us much like pioneers in today’s world. We are proud to stand out from the crowd and boldly defy the norms. It makes no sense (or is it cents?) to other producers who are able to raise more animals on a smaller footprint with less input costs - they think we’re crazy! If what we’re doing is wrong, we don’t want to be right!!
